So then I guess it's agreed that PIU is by far more difficult than DDR? nerd.gif

I'm really not sure on the spacing and all. You might want to ask PTU64 about that. Here are some videos you should look at http://yangsan.street.co.kr\pump\1126th.html

Yea, the PIU pad is a hair larger than the DDR pads. The steps for each song are arranged in more of a freestyle fashion also(xcept for Crazy mode). The only thing I dont like about the PIU cabinets are the balance bars, because you cant pull yourself under the bar because it bends near the top.

If you think that Pump is a cheesy DDR rip off, consider yourself:

a.) An Idiot.

b.) A Moron.

c.) Both of the above (which would reduce you to a Morodiot)

Thought it would be nice to mention.

PIU has a more solid feeling for dancing opposing ddr where you have to jump for double of up.gif right.gif or up.gif left.gif and etc.

Both has an advantage at something.

I like the PIU controller layout. When you do a long 8th note chain on it looks cool moving around it clockwise or counterclockwise. It is also better on the legs in which you don't haqve to strain your body twisting around stepping on up.gif then having to twist to hit a 16th note down.gif. But I do liek the addition of upleft.gif and upright.gif in solo mode. But that is just my opinion.

ya know, even though V is now on extreme, if people want a REAL chalenge, they should try Winter. I can barely touch that on Hard mode. But ya know what? Will o the wisp is.......Oh my God. i can beat Max 300 and Drop out, but man alive those jumps are nutz, to say the least I've also noticed that i dont get nearly as tired playing piu as i do playing ddr, but that may be do to the fact that there is generaly less arrows

I came very close to taking down winter on crazy, there is just that part near the end that is fragging impossible to read. I like a challenge, but man alive, that is just nutz. I like the background movies in piu a lot, some of them actually tell a story that matches the music

The only thing I dislike about PIU is that the arrows are not diferent colors to alert you of what type of beat it is...
